Moonify SAS (Moonify.io or “We”) provides a platform via its website to a community of registered users (“Users” or “you”) to monetize their audience by using our Services. These Services consist of a variety of scripts to integrate into their website. Additional Services may be offered by us from time to time. The following are the terms of service (“Terms”) for using the Site and the Services.
These Terms & Conditions (T&C) agreement contain the terms under which Moonify SAS (Moonify.io or “We”) and its affiliates provide their Services to you and describe how the Services may be accessed and used.
You indicate your agreement to the following Terms by :

- executing one of our script on your website
- using any Services we provide
If you will be using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and you represent that you have the authority to do so. In such a case, “you” and “your” will refer to that organization.
You must use the Services in compliance with, and only as permitted by, applicable law.
You are responsible for your conduct and you must comply with the following requirements when using the Services:
- You must use our script as is.
- Any attempt to modify our scripts will breach our Terms of use.
Moonify may terminate or suspend any and all Services and/or your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Terms, especially any attempt to modify our script and removing the mandatory warning message. Doing so will result in a definitive account termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
We are passionate people and we aim to provide our Services using a professionally determined level of skill but there are certain things we do not promise about them. We try to keep our online Services up, but they may be unavailable from time to time for various reasons and we provide the Services “as is”.
You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, French law.
